The Village Community Guidelines and Terms

Guidelines:

  1. Membership Welcome:

    All members, regardless of marital status, are welcome to join The Village. However, please note that The Village is specifically designed to support and empower moms. Our mission is to create a nurturing and resourceful community that uplifts and inspires mothers in their personal and professional journeys.

  2. Participation is Encouraged:
    While attendance at events is optional, active participation in The Village is encouraged to build meaningful connections and foster both personal and professional growth.

  3. Support for Fellow Members:
    Our community thrives on mutual support. When appropriate, I will offer encouragement, referrals, or assistance to fellow moms, as we uplift one another in our personal journeys.

  4. Respectful Use of the Community:
    The Village is a safe space for networking, personal development, and sharing experiences. Using our members' page for unsolicited promotions or personal gain is not allowed. We prioritize meaningful interaction over solicitation.

  5. Conduct and Integrity:
    I agree to uphold honesty, respect, and professionalism in all my interactions within The Village. By following these principles, we ensure a supportive and empowering environment for all members.

Terms and Declarations:

  • Consent to Communication: By joining The Village, I consent to receiving communications related to events, resources, and support relevant to my personal and professional growth.

  • Arbitration Clause: Any disputes arising from my membership in The Village will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, allowing for a fair and equitable resolution process.

  • Liability Disclaimer: The Village and its leadership are not liable or responsible for any personal or professional transactions between members. Each individual is solely responsible for their decisions and actions within and outside the community.

  • Accuracy of Information: I certify that all information provided in my application is accurate and true. I understand that any false information may result in the rejection of my application or termination of my membership without a refund.

  • Membership Payment: The non-refundable application fee of $25. and a non-refundable membership fee of $100. which covers your first year of membership in The Village. An annually membership fee of $125. will be automatically charged on the date of your application. Membership can be canceled at any time, but fees are non-refundable. This fee does not include event participation or additional services, which are offered separately.
